Hello New York

Finally after all these years I have made it to visit New York City. Brian has been here many times over the years so no tour guides needed.

Public transportation what can I say? The subways are fun to ride. We've seen several homeless sleeping,( and yes it's all I can do not to take a picture), we've been preached at and then asked for money and last we were serenaded by three guys wanting money. Did I mention all of that was on one subway ride.

Kaison-ism for today

While talking to Kaison while he is in Wv with Nana and Papaw, our phone conversation went like this:

Kaison: Mom I have your favorite hot balls for you.

Me: (laughing) ask again what do you have

Kaison : your favorite hot balls

Me: do you mean fireballs

Kaison: yes. I can bring them home for you.

Trying this again

Lets try this blogging thing again. It really shouldn't be that hard. If I can Facebook and use Instagram surely I can blog.

Oh what to blog about? The kids, Brian, books that I love, fun crafts and vacation trips. Oh the best shall be the Kaison-isms.

Time where have you gone?

It's time to start blogging again. Time has seemed to fly by and here we are having started a new school year and no one at home during the day. Everyone is in school this year and I still find myself busy and not enough hours I the day.

Life Happens

Brian woke up on Monday with a fever. So he got a blessing and then after his fever broke we noticed that on his left leg that he had a red patch. It was hot and I knew what it was.... Cellulitis
. So we called Dr Knox on Tuesday morning and he said to head to
the ER. They admitted Brian and we have been here in room 323 at StoneCrest Medical Center for 4 days now. Lucky for us Barb and Gary dropped everything and drove down here and have been taking care of the kids so that I can be up here to help Brian. After 3 different IV's in his arm and a lot of bags of antibiotics, we are on our last bag of vancomycin and we are going home tonight.

iCloud

iCloud is giving me a headache. I am just not that tech savvy sometimes. I now have 2 iCloud accounts and only one is my main account and it will not allow you to delete on off. I really hope apple fixes this problem. We should be able to delete an account. I would think they would want to be able to clean up their server, why have all these unused accounts? I know I'm not the only one that this has happened to. Ugh.
